This Privacy Policy explains how XueyeEdu (xueyeedu.com, "we") collects and protects personal information when you visit this website and submit our inquiry form. We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including China's PIPL, the EU GDPR, Saudi PDPL, Indonesia's PDP Law and Vietnam's PDPD. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information only when you voluntarily submit our demo/contact form: name, institution, email, phone (optional), institution size (optional) and your message. We also collect anonymous analytics data (page views, visit duration, traffic source, device type) via Google Analytics 4; this data is not used to identify individuals.
2. How We Use It
Collected information is used solely to: respond to your product inquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide quotations and follow-up business communication. We do not send unsolicited marketing and never sell your information to third parties.
3. Storage & Cross-Border Transfer
Form submissions are processed by our server and delivered to our internal messaging tool (WeCom). Our servers and analytics providers may be located outside your country, constituting cross-border transfer; submitting the form means you consent to such transfer to the extent necessary. Note: as a private-deployment provider, data generated when you use our software stays on your own infrastructure — it never passes through us.
4. Retention
Inquiry records are retained for no more than 24 months after the last communication, then deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We share information only with: (1) our analytics provider (Google Analytics, may involve cross-border transfer); (2) authorities where required by law. We never share your contact details with marketing platforms.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@xueyeedu.com; we respond within 30 days.
