Terms governing the use of XueyeEdu products and services

These Terms govern your use of the XueyeEdu website, software and services. For formal purchases, the mutually signed contract prevails; this page is a general description.
1. Licensing Model
Our software uses a one-time purchase, lifetime license model: you pay once for perpetual use of the purchased version, with no mandatory annual subscription. Optional annual maintenance (updates and support) is agreed separately.
2. Deployment & Data Ownership
The software is privately deployed on servers you own or lease. All business data (learners, orders, courses) belongs to you; we do not retain or access customer production data.
3. White-Label Rights
Depending on the purchased edition, you may customize learner-facing branding (domain, logo, colors, app icons) and remove third-party traces. The scope of white-label rights is defined in the contract.
4. Intellectual Property
Software copyright remains with XueyeEdu; you receive a usage license, not copyright (source-code delivery, if contracted, follows the contract). Website content may not be republished commercially without permission.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
Website content is provided "as is". Features, pricing and delivery timelines are subject to formal quotations and contracts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
